About Me

Based in East Kilbride, Chris Erskine is a professional footballer and personal trainer.

As a professional athlete Chris has had to keep himself in peak physical condition for the last ten years and had gained his personal training qualifications while playing at the top level of Scottish football. No matter your fitness goal Chris will work with you to achieve it, providing everything you need to get you the results you want.

Based in the state of the art facility in East Kilbride, Chris will put together fun but hard working sessions to help you achieve your goals, no matter what they may be!

From weight loss to muscle building Chris can help you! All sessions will be tailored to your needs and with all the help and advise you need outside of the sessions, you’ll have everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.



£140 per month or 3 months for £360

Train one to one with Chris. You’ll get personal training sessions tailored to meet your needs in the state of the art facility in East Kilbride while also receiving nutrition advise and all the help and guidance you’ll need to achieve your goals.


£40 per session

If you prefer to train with someone else this is the option for you! Grab a friend or two and come train together. You’ll still get that personal training feel but have that support of a friend to keep you going through the session!

Live too far away from the gym? No problem. Chris will provide you with Online coaching to help you achieve your goals. Personalised Training plans and Nutrition advice along with weekly check ins and support through phone calls/messaging and emails
